Terms & Conditions

 

Refund T&C’s:

* Please email us at info@onlinepumpshop.com.au for item return or refund. A Goods Return Authority form will be supplied for completion.
* No goods will be accepted for return or refund if they have been installed or used.
* All Goods must be returned in the original box and must be in resellable condition.
* All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee (Exchanges excluded) 
* Return freight is the responsibility of the Customer.
 
 

Return T&C’s:

You may return any “new” (new meaning -product has not been used or fitted, and in original packaging) products and accessories within 30 days of delivery for an exchange of another product of same value. Customers are responsible for shipping the return back to The Online Pump Shop warehouse. 

Any products being sent back must to be in its original condition and in the original packaging, suitable for resale. 

*Products that have been “used” or not in their original packaging cannot been returned and will not be refunded. 

Change Of Mind Returns

We ask that you please take your time choosing the product you require. It is important to note that Consumer Guarantees do not apply if you simply changed your mind, found the item cheaper elsewhere, decided you did not like the purchase, or had no use for it. 

Cancelled Orders

An order that has been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse shipment the above conditions will apply.

Defective/Faulty Products

We encourage you to test your product within 14 days of receipt so we can quickly remedy any mechanical problems. If you think your product is defective, don’t worry. In most cases, it’s a simple issue that can be resolved over the phone. 

In the event a product fault or defect cannot be resolved, please CONTACT US so we can arrange either your choice of: product inspection under warranty and repair, a replacement, or refund.   

You are also always welcome to contact the manufacturer’s customer service departments. They have expert technicians standing by to help solve your issue. 

Warranty Claims T&C’s: 

All warranty products must either be return to our location or to a local service agent. Note: With regards to the local service agent, The warranty claim will depend on the manufacturer and the service agent, It is at the service agents discretion to accept or deny the warranty claim. Some manufacturers state in their T&C’s that the product must be returned to the original place of purchase for warranty. 

The prefered option is to send it back to The Online Pump Shop and we will handle the warranty claim for you.  

Note: Customer is responsible for return freight cost to get it back to our warehouse location 

Product Selection Guides:  

The Online Pump Shop offers product selection guides to assist our customers with selecting the correct product before the finalization of the purchase. Some products on our site will require you “the consumer” to complete the questionnaire before obtaining the correct price of the product in question. Once the customer has completed the questionnaire a coupon code will be generated, this is to be use to obtain the discounted price of that particular product at the checkout. T.O.P.S have had to included these steps to adhere with some of the manufacturer’s online selling policies. By ticking the accept T&C’s icon when dropping a product into the shopping basket you “the consumer” accept all the terms and conditions and accept the responsibility of understanding which product you are buying and it’s application at the time of purchase.
